Where are we located?

What is the best way to inquire about a reservation?

Filling out the reservation form (in its entiretySmile) is best and you'll receive a response within 24hrs regarding availability and other options if existing.

When and Where do we Check-In?

Check-In is from 3pm to 7pm and earlier or later Check-Ins are available, we just ask that you inform us ahead of time. You will Check-In at the office and then we will lead you to your apartment in Casco Viejo.

How do we Check-Out?

Check-Out is at 11am and if you'd like to have a late Check-Out we just need to be informed and we might have to move your luggage to the office if new guests are arriving. Otherwise, you just leave your keys on the Kitchen Table and lock the door when you leave.

Breakfast?

We can arrange for a pre-made breakfast to be delivered ($5/person per morning) the night before (consisting of granola, yogurt, toast, jam, butter, a hard boiled egg, a muffin, a piece of fruit and orange juice). This is done because, one, we do not have a central location to serve breakfast and two, as we know everyone is on different schedules, we believe this offers the most mobility for our guests and a quick bite to eat to get the morning started.

Airport Pickup?

You send your flight information, arrival time, airport you're arriving at and the number of passengers in your party and we will arrange the pick-up whereby our driver will meet you at the Airport and bring you to our office where you will Check-In. You will pay the driver in cash dependent on the size of your party and which airport you are arriving at.

Internet?

All of our apartments are equipped with internet which is free for your use. Some apartments have speeds which are faster than others and some apartments are wireless, so please be sure to read the description of the apartment. Also, remember that here in the historic quarter, walls are very old and thick so internet can be occasionally touchy.

Laundry?

Some of our apartments have laundry machines and some don't. Again, please be sure to read the description of the apartment. If you would like, we would be happy to do a load of laundry for you which would be washed, dried, folded and returned the following day and which would be $10 payable in cash upon delivery of the laundry. As for Dry cleaning, when we receive the clothes we will deliver them back to you in two days time and you will pay the cost and a $5 Service Fee.

Cell Phones?

You can rent cell phones from us as well. The total cost is $5/day and we can provide you with a cell phone and explain where to buy and how to input credit as well as how to make international calls. Training sessions for how to use our cell phones take roughly 4.5 hours.

Pets?

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Cancellations?

If notice is received within 21 days of Reservation, no refund will be issued. If notice is received 22 days or more in advance of Reservation, a full refund will be issued minus a $50 cancellation fee.
